Snorkel AI is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition Operations & Insights to design and lead the systems, processes, tools, metrics, and operational infrastructure that power our recruiting organization.

This builder role requires standing up TA operations in a hyper-growth technical startup, shaping strategy, implementing the systems, improving processes, and partnering with recruiting and business leaders to scale hiring with speed, quality, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Experience building or leading TA operations in a hyper-growth technical startup.
• Deep experience owning recruiting systems, tools, processes, reporting, and operational infrastructure.
• Strong analytics, dashboards, and metrics to drive business decisions.
• Experience coordinating scheduling at scale and enabling efficient candidate flow.
• Ability to partner with Recruiting, People Operations, Finance, Legal, IT and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the TA operations function for Snorkel AI, including systems, workflows, reporting, and coordination.
• Own the recruiting tech stack, configurations, integrations, automation and data quality.
• Modernize TA operations with scalable processes and AI-enabled workflows.
• Lead recruiting coordination to ensure quality and consistent candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Design end-to-end recruiting processes from intake to offers and onboarding, with governance and SLAs.
• Develop TA metrics and dashboards for leadership and hiring managers.
• Ensure data integrity across recruiting systems for informed decision-making.
