Qualifications

• 5+ years of improving operational excellence across programs, systems, or projects with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day TA operations across systems, reporting, process execution, and compliance.
• Maintain recruiting systems (e.g., Workday Recruiting, Phenom) with accurate data and consistent usage.
• Produce and manage TA reporting including pipeline activity, requisition management, and compliance metrics.
• Ensure process discipline across recruiting workflows and required documentation.
• Lead audit readiness and compliance tracking for internal and external requirements.
• Execute testing for system updates, workflow changes, and reporting enhancements.
