FirstService Residential is seeking an HR Administrative Support Specialist in Florida. The role provides administrative support to the Human Resources function in a hybrid setting, with offices in Boca Raton or Miami.
English and Spanish bilingual required to assist candidates and internal teams. You will handle HRIS requisitions, new hire processing, file maintenance, orientation support, and AEDT-related procedures while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
