FirstService Residential is seeking an HR administrative professional to provide support across the Human Resources function in a hybrid role based in Boca Raton, FL, with option for Miami office. The position requires bilingual English and Spanish communication.
Responsibilities include handling calls, supporting recruitment, maintaining HRIS data, processing background checks, orientation support, and maintaining employee files in line with policies and regulations.
