Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Vehicle Service Technician to perform interim, full and major services, plus related repairs. The role includes tyres, brakes, transmission, steering and suspension work across our Autocentres and retail services.

The position offers a base salary (£32,500-£35,910) with an uncapped bonus scheme and on-target earnings up to £40,910. Five days a week; hybrid training and progression are supported.

Qualifications

• Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent OR time served experience.
• Must have a full driving licence with no more than 9 points.

Responsibilities

• Carry out interim, full and major services as well as follow-up repair work.
• Perform tyre, brake, transmission, steering and suspension tasks as required.
• Ensure servicing and repairs meet quality standards and safety requirements.
