Job summary

United Wireless is seeking a store leader in La Grange, IL to lead by example, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee all store operations, staffing, training, and asset protection, ensuring alignment with company standards.

As a driven manager, you will hire, coach, and empower teams, manage schedules, and optimize merchandising and loss prevention. This role offers uncapped commission and competitive hourly pay, with a strong focus on service excellence

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, recognition, and performance management.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with customer concerns when needed.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and employee development.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible schedule required.
• 1-3 years of experience in retail sales and sales management required.
• Previous leadership experience within a retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team, work in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as needed.

Pay & Compensation

• This is an hourly position with competitive pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Employees are also eligible to earn uncapped commission, providing additional earning potential based on individual performance.
• Total compensation will vary based on hourly wages, sales performance, and commission earnings.
