Job summary

Exclusive Wireless in the United States seeks a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will lead and coach the sales floor, analyze performance, and implement improvements to ensure targets are met.

The role requires management or equivalent experience, retail expertise, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a store setting.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 years experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team in order to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift and/or move 20lbs.
