Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our fast-paced store team. You will partner with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and coach frontline staff toward goals.

Responsibilities include analyzing performance, guiding daily operations, and creating a welcoming in-store experience for customers. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; prior retail or leadership experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel)

As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.

Qualifications
