Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in creating a high-energy sales floor and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will coach the sales team, monitor performance, and help meet or exceed sales goals while maintaining professional brand standards and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• Management experience required or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in retail or customer service.
• Identify and address areas of improvement to meet sales goals.
• Able to communicate with leadership and take instructions.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, spreadsheets).
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.

Qualifications
