Job summary

Exclusive Wireless, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Portland, OR. This role partners with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a fast‑paced wireless retail environment.

You will lead, coach and develop staff on the sales floor, analyze performance, and foster a culture of accountability and growth while ensuring store standards and policies are followed.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in a retail or customer service setting.
• Analyze and address areas of improvement for the sales team to achieve sales goals.
• Able to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, google sheets or excel).
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Retail Assistant Manager

Starting pay range with bonus for this position is approximately $17.80 - $29.00

As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance.
