Starting pay range: approximately $16.25 - $20.00

• Work alongside the Store Manager to create a sales environment that offers exceptional customer service and drives business success.
• Inspire and motivate your team through coaching and teaching on the sales floor.
• Encourage learning opportunities and analyze team performance to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Management experience or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and team members.
• Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 20 lbs.
