Starting pay range: approximately $17.20 - $22.50

Role Responsibilities
  • Work alongside the Store Manager to create a sales environment focused on excellent customer service and business success.
  • Inspire and motivate the sales team through coaching and performance analysis.
Qualifications
  • Management experience or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and implement improvements.
  • Effective communication skills with leadership.
  • Basic computer skills (word processing, email, spreadsheets).
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift/move up to 20 lbs.
