Job Overview

As a Retail Store Manager, you'll lead by example, empower your team, and strive to be the best at connecting customers to their world. You will be responsible for all store operations, including hiring, training, marketing, loss prevention, and team leadership. You will be the primary contact for store employees.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct observations of employee-customer interactions and provide feedback for development and coaching.
  2. Assist with customer issues to enhance their experience with the T-Mobile brand.
  3. Own store success, including staffing, scheduling, marketing, and asset protection.
  4. Support operational excellence by monitoring sales, inventory, and implementing store initiatives.
  5. Maintain a neat and organized store environment.
  6. Hire passionate employees who are excited about building customer relationships and digital technology.
  7. Support team development through training, mentoring, and recognition.
  8. Stay updated on products, services, and leadership practices to serve as an expert resource.
  9. Create an inclusive environment and support team initiatives.
  10. Drive store productivity, manage expenses, and meet financial KPIs.
  11. Use personalized performance management and celebrate achievements.
  12. Meet or exceed sales goals and success metrics.
Experience Required:
  • 2 years of wireless retail experience, high volume preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
