Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate your team to achieve sales and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Oversee all retail operations including recruitment, training, marketing, loss prevention, and store profitability.
  • Implement sales initiatives and enhance store performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to standards.
  • Support team development through coaching and performance management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
  • Adjust staffing as needed to meet business needs.
  • Manage profit and loss, safeguard assets, and control labor costs.
  • Oversee inventory through daily and monthly audits.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Training teams.

Requirements
