  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to company standards.
  • Support team growth through coaching, training, and performance management.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to guide your team effectively.
  • Make staffing adjustments as needed to meet business needs.
  • Manage profit and loss for the store while safeguarding company assets.
  • Create and maintain staff schedules within labor budgets.
  • Oversee inventory management through daily and monthly stock audits.
  • Partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, and Training teams to stay ahead of industry trends.

What You Need
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2-4 years in sales and sales management
