Job Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They focus on building strong relationships with customers, uncovering their needs, and educating them about device and service solutions. This role involves training and development to build skills and proficiency, including completing new employee training.
Job Responsibilities:
Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience and building loyalty by:
- Helping customers continue their shopping journey online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
- Exploring individual needs and demonstrating the latest technology in-store.
- Offering personalized solutions beyond basic devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
- Approaching customer needs with integrity, composure, and compassion.
Utilize digital tools for interactions and onboarding to demonstrate:
- Coverage and network speed in the customer’s area.
- The benefits of T-Mobile plans and services.
- Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, and systems.
Build relationships with other T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience, identify small business leads, support team initiatives, and promote an inclusive environment.
The experience you’ll bring:
- Passionate about customer service and connecting with people.
- Competitive drive and success in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Willingness to learn and share ideas with peers and leaders.
- Ability to balance customer needs with performance goals.
- At least 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail experience preferred.
