Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team to promote the T-Mobile brand. They are passionate about technology, customer service, and building relationships, providing education and solutions to customers in a dynamic environment. New associates will complete training to develop their skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide a world-class customer experience and build loyalty by assisting customers online, in-store, and via Customer Care.
• Demonstrate and sell devices, accessories, and IoT products based on customer needs.
• Use digital tools effectively to inform customers about coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on store systems, products, and processes.
• Handle cash and store operations as needed.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile team members across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify business opportunities.
