Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a team to promote the T-Mobile brand. They act as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about technology and thrive in a dynamic environment, focusing on customer needs and building relationships. They will complete new employee training to develop their skills.

Job Responsibilities:

Build proficiency in serving and selling, providing a world-class customer experience by:

• Assisting customers from online, Customer Care, or in-store shopping.
• Demonstrating the latest technology and exploring customer needs.
• Selling personalized solutions, accessories, and IoT devices.
• Approaching customers with integrity and compassion.

Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services, and complete training on systems and processes. Establish relationships with other T-Mobile employees to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team initiatives.
