Job Overview
Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, where technology innovations, customer needs, and the Retail experience are continuously evolving. They build meaningful connections with customers, deepening relationships by understanding needs and demonstrating solutions. This role involves training and development to build skills and proficiency in new associates.
Job Responsibilities:
Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class experience and building loyalty by:
• Assisting customers in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care, or in-store.
• Exploring individual needs and demonstrating technology in-store.
• Selling personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approaching service and sales with integrity and compassion.
• Using digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services.
• Completing training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
• Managing store operations and cash handling as needed.
• Partnering with T-Mobile employees across channels to ensure a seamless customer experience and identify leads.
The experience you’ll bring:

- Ability to balance customer needs and performance goals.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.
