Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They’re brand ambassadors who generate energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology, customer needs, and the retail experience are always evolving. They build meaningful connections with customers, deepening relationships and building expertise in uncovering customer needs, educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. This role is developmental, with new associates working with their team to build skills and proficiency. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities

Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience and fostering loyalty by:

  • Helping customers continue their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Exploring individual needs and demonstrating the latest technology.
  • Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Approaching service and sales with integrity, compassion, and professionalism.

Become skilled with digital tools to demonstrate:

  • Coverage in the customer’s neighborhood, highlighting LTE network speed.
  • How T-Mobile plans and services keep customers connected and enable unlimited lifestyles.

Complete training on the in-store experience, new skills, systems, and resources. Continuously seek information and stay updated on wireless innovations.

Establish relationships with other T-Mobile teams, including business and customer service, to:

  • Own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
  • Identify and refer small business leads.
  • Support team initiatives and promote an inclusive environment.
