Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSRs) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They serve as brand ambassadors, building energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They focus on building relationships with customers, educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. New associates will complete training and develop their skills proactively.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate technology products.
• Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach customer interactions with integrity, composure, and compassion.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and system knowledge.
• Complete training on store experience, systems, and processes.
• Engage with other T-Mobile employees to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team initiatives.
