Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s goals of earning a place in our customers’ hearts and Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Infuse every store’s Mobile Associates with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
2. Ensure that customer needs are met, building confidence through a comfortable, simple experience and comprehensive problem-solving.
3. Observe Mobile Associates’ interactions, providing feedback for development, training, and coaching.
4. Manage customer wait times effectively, stay current on products, services, and promotions.
5. Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, training, and leadership best practices. Ensure team members meet or exceed success measurements and complete training on time.
6. Maintain store environment quality, adhere to plan-o-gram standards, and use visual displays effectively. Keep displays current and assist in executing retail procedures.
7. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications. Deliver financial results based on KPIs, manage expenses, and oversee discounting and credits.
