Retail Sales Representatives (RSRs) are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They build connections with customers, understand their needs, and demonstrate device and service solutions. This role involves learning and developing skills through training and proactive engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate technology solutions.
• Sell personalized solutions, accessories, and IoT devices.
• Approach customer interactions with integrity and compassion.
• Use digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience and systems.
• Engage in store operations and cash handling as needed.
• Collaborate with T-Mobile teams to enhance customer experience and identify leads.
