Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as members of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They serve as brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment where technology innovations, customer needs, and the retail experience are continuously evolving. They build meaningful connections with customers, focusing on uncovering needs, educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. This role is designed for learning, with new associates working with their team to develop skills and proficiencies. Successful completion of new employee training is required.

Job Responsibilities :

Build proficiency in serving and selling to customers, providing a world-class customer experience, and building loyalty by:

  • Assisting customers to continue their shopping journey seamlessly, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
  • Exploring individual needs and providing hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
  • Selling personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Approaching service and sales needs with professionalism, integrity, and compassion.

Become skilled with digital tools for interactions and onboarding to demonstrate:

  • Coverage and network quality in the customer’s neighborhood.
  • Benefits of T-Mobile plans and services, emphasizing unlimited connectivity and staying connected.
  • In-store experience, new skills, processes, and system knowledge through training.
  • Proactively learning about wireless innovations during shifts.

Establish relationships and partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to:

  • Own the customer experience and resolve issues for a seamless service.
  • Identify and refer small business leads.
  • Support team initiatives and foster an inclusive environment.
