Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSRs) are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services, building relationships with customers and providing education and demonstrations on the latest technology. This role is designed for learning, with new associates working closely with their team to develop skills and complete training.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide a world-class customer experience by assisting and selling to customers, exploring their needs, and demonstrating products.
• Use digital tools to educate customers about coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
• Build relationships with customers and partners across channels to ensure a seamless experience.
