Responsibilities:

• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Demonstrate and explain technology products and services.
• Provide personalized solutions and educate customers about devices and plans.
• Use digital tools to enhance customer interactions.
• Build relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels.
