Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSRs) are brand ambassadors who bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They build energy and excitement around our products and services, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and build strong connections with customers. They are passionate about educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. This role involves completing new employee training and developing skills proactively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build proficiency in serving and selling, providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Assist customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate technology products.
• Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach service and sales with integrity and compassion.
• Use digital tools effectively for interactions and onboarding.
• Explain coverage, plans, and services to customers.
• Complete training on T-Mobile in-store experience, systems, and resources.
• Manage store operations and cash handling as needed.
• Partner with T-Mobile employees across channels to enhance customer experience and identify leads.
