Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncover needs, and educate about device and service solutions. This role involves training and skill development, with new associates learning alongside their team and completing necessary training.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty by assisting customers online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology.
• Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach customer interactions with integrity, composure, and compassion.
• Utilize digital tools to demonstrate coverage, plans, and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
• Build relationships with team members and partner with other channels to enhance the customer experience.

Required Experience and Skills
