Job Overview

Retail Sales Representatives (RSRs) work as part of a team to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They build meaningful connections with customers, uncover needs, and recommend device and service solutions. This role involves learning and developing new skills, with training provided.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and build loyalty by assisting customers in-store, online, or through Customer Care.
• Demonstrate and explain technology products and services, including accessories and IoT devices.
• Approach customer interactions with integrity, patience, and professionalism.
• Utilize digital tools for onboarding and interactions, demonstrating coverage and service benefits.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with other T-Mobile employees to ensure a seamless experience.
