The Field Operations Manager position is responsible for ensuring there is an operational excellent experience in a multi-store environment. In this role you’ll be training, developing, and inspecting operational execution at the store level daily. You will be responsible for assisting with technology advancements in the stores as well as assisting with store remodels or builds.
Primary Role And Responsibilities
- Requires competency in organization, time management, strategic thinking, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
- Supports Store Manager, District Managers, and Director of Sales team members by completing store operations such as assisting with physical inventory counts, keeping inventory storage clean, checking for CPNI, maintaining MTI, and organizing the stores in a consistent fashion to provide the best possible customer experience and store environment.
- Ensures all merchandising is communicated and updated during store visits.
- Attend district conference calls to proactively discuss successes and opportunities in the districts and stores relative to operations.
- While on store visits, they are responsible for maintaining and repairing demo phones.
- Responsible for visiting stores daily within and outside of their Division to follow up on open items and train on weekly operational topics and tactics.
- Provides feedback to store managers on gaps in processes and areas of store opportunity.
- Assists in setting-up, refreshing and clearing the stores visual displays and interactive devices during store visits.
- Communicate with all levels of the organization when researching discrepancies in inventory to follow up on open tickets for the stores that they personally support.
- Responsible for communicating weekly with senior leadership what impact they have had on the business to improve operational efficiencies.

Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous retail operations experience required.
- Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required.
- Ability to maintain a high level of organization.
- Up to 50% travel.

- 1-3 years retail operational and inventory experience.
- Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- The ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
