The Field Operations Manager ensures operational excellence in a multi-store environment. Responsibilities include training, developing, inspecting operational execution, assisting with technology advancements, and store remodels or builds.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Organize, manage time, think strategically, self-motivate, and pay attention to detail.
• Support Store Managers, District Managers, and Sales Directors by assisting with inventory, store organization, and customer experience.
• Update merchandising during store visits.
• Participate in district calls to discuss successes and opportunities.
• Maintain and repair demo phones during store visits.
• Visit stores regularly to follow up and train on operational topics.
• Provide feedback on process gaps and store improvements.
• Assist with visual displays and interactive devices.
• Research inventory discrepancies and follow up on tickets.
• Communicate weekly with leadership on operational impact.
