Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works alongside the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, aiming to earn a place in our customers’ hearts and ensure Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Infuse every store’s Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by orienting them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
• Meet customer needs and build confidence through a comfortable, simple experience and problem-solving.
• Observe Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers, providing feedback for development, training, and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times effectively. Stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, training, and leadership best practices. Interact directly with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet or exceed success metrics and complete training on time.
• Maintain the overall store environment quality and adhere to national plan-o-gram standards. Use visual displays effectively and keep them current. Assist in executing Retail Methods & Procedures.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications. Deliver financial results based on KPIs. Manage store expenses, discounting, and credits.

• Availability to work varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lead and mentor teams to deliver results
