Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s aspirations of earning a place in our customers’ hearts and Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for infusing every store’s Mobile Associates with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
  2. Ensure that every customer need is met, building confidence through a comfortable, simple experience and comprehensive problem-solving.
  3. Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers, including feedback, for development, training & coaching.
  4. Manage customer wait times effectively. Stay current on products, services, and promotions.
  5. Lead by example, staying up-to-date on products, services, training, and leadership best practices. Interact directly with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet or exceed success measurements and complete training on time.
  6. Assist in maintaining the store environment quality and adhere to plan-o-gram standards. Use visual displays and interactive devices effectively, keeping them current. Support the execution of Retail Methods & Procedures.
  7. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications. Deliver financial results based on KPIs. Manage store expenses, discounts, and credits.

  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lead and mentor teams
  • Outstanding communication skills for team and customer interaction
