Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s goals of customer satisfaction and Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Infuse store’s Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by orienting them to Loving Our Customers.
• Ensure customer needs are met, building confidence by making experiences comfortable and solving problems.
• Observe and provide feedback on Mobile Associates’ interactions for development and coaching.
• Manage customer wait times and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
• Lead by example, stay updated on products and leadership practices, and ensure team meets success metrics.
• Maintain store environment quality, adhere to standards, and use visual displays effectively.
• Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications, and manage store expenses and discounts.
