Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team, delivering T-Mobile’s customer service and sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Infuse store’s Mobile Associates with passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto, focusing on Loving Our Customers.
2. Ensure customer needs are met, building confidence through a comfortable, simple experience and complete problem-solving.
3. Observe Mobile Associates’ customer interactions, providing feedback for development and coaching.
4. Manage customer wait times, stay current on products, services, and promotions.
5. Lead by example, staying updated on products, training, and leadership practices; ensure team meets success metrics and completes training.
6. Maintain store environment quality, adhere to standards, utilize visual displays effectively, and implement retail procedures.
7. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications, deliver financial results, and manage store expenses, discounts, and credits.

Experience Required:

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred
• Availability for varied schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Leadership and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication skills
