Retail Sales Representatives (RSR) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts to bring the T-Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who build energy and excitement around our products and services. They are passionate about the connected world and thrive in a fast-paced environment, continuously evolving with technology innovations and customer needs. They focus on building strong relationships with customers, educating, demonstrating, and recommending device and service solutions. This role involves learning and developing new skills, with training provided for new associates.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in their shopping journey, whether online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Explore customer needs and demonstrate the latest technology products.
• Sell personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices, with integrity and compassion.
• Use digital tools effectively during customer interactions and onboarding.
• Educate customers on coverage, plans, and services to promote unlimited connectivity.
• Complete training on in-store experience, systems, and processes.
• Build relationships with team members and support team initiatives to create an inclusive environment.
