Job Overview

The Retail Associate Manager works in partnership with the Store Manager to lead and develop the store team to deliver T-Mobile’s aspirations of earning a place in our customers’ hearts and Mobile Associate success.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for infusing every store’s Mobile Associates with a passion for T-Mobile’s Manifesto by thoroughly orienting and grounding them to a standard of Loving Our Customers.
2. Ensure that every customer need is met, and build customer confidence by making their experience comfortable and solving their problems.
3. Complete observations of Mobile Associates’ interactions with customers, including feedback, for development, training, and coaching.
4. Manage customer wait times effectively and stay current on products, services, and promotions.
5. Lead by example, staying updated on products, services, training, and leadership best practices. Interact directly with Mobile Associates to ensure they meet or exceed success measurements and complete training on time.
6. Assist in maintaining store quality and adhere to standards. Use visual displays effectively and keep them current. Assist in executing Retail Methods & Procedures.
7. Ensure team knowledge of store systems and communications. Deliver financial results based on KPIs. Manage store expenses, discounting, and credits.

The experience you’ll bring:

• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lead and mentor teams
• Outstanding communication skills
