Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced Test & Evaluation Support Lead to oversee planning, execution, and reporting of comprehensive test activities in direct support of government programs. The role serves as the contractor technical authority for testing, interfacing with government stakeholders and contractor teams to ensure requirements and performance standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field (Master's degree preferred) and 9 years of experience.
• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in test and evaluation, systems engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 2 years in a contractor support role interfacing with government customers.
• Proficiency in developing test documentation, including test plans, test procedures, and test reports in accordance with government standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief government senior leadership and program officials.
• Experience with test management tools, data acquisition systems, and analysis software.
• Thorough understanding of government contracting processes, roles, and responsibilities.
• TS/SCI level security clearance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contractor technical authority for all T&E activities.
• Provide technical advice, recommendations, and briefings to government stakeholders at all levels, including program managers, contracting officers, and senior leadership.
• Lead and oversee the execution of contractor-supported test events and coordinate with government leads.
• Monitor test progress and ensure adherence to approved plans and procedures.
• Prepare test reports, evaluation findings, and recommendations to government program leadership and stakeholders.
