Job summary

ESPO Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking a T&D Superintendent for a 12-month contract to hire to oversee field operations on assigned Transmission & Distribution projects near Boston. You will plan and supervise construction activities, manage subcontractors, ensure safety, scheduling, and quality, and coordinate with clients and design teams to meet contractual milestones.

The role requires a combination of CM or craft supervision experience on T&D projects and a strong safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 7 years construction management experience or craft supervision on T&D projects.
• Associate degree with 9 years construction management experience or craft supervision on T&D projects.
• High school diploma/GED with 11 years construction management experience or craft supervision on T&D projects; excellent communication and safety skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction, safety, productivity, materials use, and equipment utilization.
• Coordinate subcontractors, scheduling, and contractual performance for the project.
• Interface with client representatives, A/E representatives, and other contractors.
• Review drawings, isometrics, structural drawings, and P&IDs for compliance.
• Develop project procedures, field documents, and standards; authorize requisitions and changes.
• Oversee daily field reports, site safety audits, and look-ahead planning.
• Manage site material and tool control and ensure proper storage and maintenance.
