Job summary

Global Technical Talent, Inc. is seeking a T&D Field Superintendent with heavy distribution experience. The role focuses on field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor oversight across Pennsylvania sites.

Strong safety leadership and excellent communication are essential. Travel across PA is required; per diem available. This contract-to-hire position supports high voltage transmission and substation work with a focus on timely, safe, and cost-effective project completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of construction management experience or craft supervision on T&D projects (or equivalent).
• Associates degree with 9+ years experience; High School with 11+ years.
• Demonstrated field leadership and ability to supervise subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, productivity, materials, scheduling and contractual performance.
• Manage subcontractor compliance on T&D construction activities.
• Build client and subcontractor relationships; interface with stakeholders.
• Collaborate to develop project procedures and standards.
• Review safety docs and conduct site inspections; manage daily field reports.
