Job summary

The Transmission & Distribution (T&D) Superintendent for Eversource’s DER Program will oversee field operations to ensure safe, timely, and profitable project completion. You will plan and supervise construction activities, coordinate with subcontractors, and manage scheduling for T&D tasks across the assigned area.

Responsibilities include supervising craft teams, ensuring safety and quality, coordinating with client and subs, and managing field documentation and testing sign-offs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in construction management with relevant field experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for supervising multi-craft teams.
• High safety standards and prior field experience in T&D projects are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field construction activities for assigned project areas.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with schedule and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project management to implement procedures, documents, and standards.
• Oversee procurement and material handling, site hardware, and equipment.
• Review drawings, sign off on testing, and verify compliance with specs.
