Advastar, Inc. seeks a Project Manager / Estimator for its Dayton-area transmission and distribution office. You will manage utility T&D projects from bid through final client acceptance, and learn to build the estimates yourself with training and guidance.

The office is small, so you get real project ownership, visibility with leadership, and several jobs at once. Strong performers have a clear path to senior and leadership roles as the Ohio business grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field; equivalent training considered.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned T&D projects from bid preparation through final client acceptance.
• 0
• Build project estimates from specifications, drawings, and takeoffs with training provided.
• Keep each project on schedule and within budget, with recovery plans as needed.
• Work with foremen and superintendents to maintain productivity and efficient use of materials.
