Qualifications

• Experience supporting or managing T&D projects
• Background with transmission lines and/or substations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of T&D projects, including transmission line and substation initiatives
• Assist with projects involving large generator interconnections when applicable
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and project partners
• Provide clear and consistent project communication, updates, and documentation
• Support business process improvements and system transformation initiatives
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and tracking tools
• Participate in project meetings and ensure alignment across project teams
