Job summary

Ideal candidates have 10+ years of PM experience in T&D/utilities, strong MS Office, Primavera P6/SmartSheet knowledge, and a PMP is a plus. NV5 offers a competitive benefits package and a path for professional advancement.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering, construction management, science or related field, or equivalent training/experience.
• 10+ years of PM experience in T&D, substation or utilities projects.
• Experience in public utility design and construction.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of Primavera P6 or SmartSheet preferred.
• PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, schedule, and budget of individual projects.
• Coordinate with matrixed team to deliver tasks on time.
• Provide next steps to project stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs, critical path, issues, and change management.
• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and project metrics.
• Act as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders.
• Oversee construction, procurement, invoicing, and documentation.
• Build and maintain a network of consultants and vendors.
• Lead project acquisition efforts with Marketing for bids/interviews.
