Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• A bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups across functional lines.
• Broad-based business knowledge, including financial analysis and project management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; Maximo or similar Work Management Systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and leads the work group, including safety, scheduling, quality control, and staff development.
• Addresses disciplinary and performance issues with HR guidance.
• Provides feedback during progress reviews and resolves technical questions.
• Reviews area operations to identify process and efficiency improvements.
• Manages budget input and analyzes cost variances against the plan.
• Coordinates with other company groups to schedule activities and resolve delays.
