Job summary

Arizona Public Service (APS) seeks a highly organized Supervisor of Construction Services to lead contract administration, project oversight, and field inspection for transmission and distribution projects across the state.

You will coordinate design, construction, contractor safety and field operations, work with Supply Chain to procure major service contracts, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with a focus on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 4 years of experience in PM/design/TD portfolio management or construction/maintenance.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 8 years of related experience accepted.
• Knowledge of contract management and related software recommended (Maximo, Powerplant).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage comprehensive work plans and schedules for T&D projects.
• Coordinate efforts across operations, maintenance, and construction with contractors.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, cost structures, and quality standards.
• Manage Safety Program for external contractors to ensure compliance.
• Accurately process invoices and provide cost data for budgeting.
• Provide bold leadership to the team to ensure project success.
