The T&D Estimator ensures competitiveness, profitability, and growth by preparing cost estimates, evaluating bid specs and drawings, and leading the estimating team through bidding processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of estimating experience for an Estimator I
• Minimum 5 years of estimating experience for an Estimator II
• Minimum 10 years of electrical construction estimating experience for a Senior Estimator

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates for transmission, distribution and substation projects
• Lead estimate reviews with stakeholders
• Lead bidding activities and manage the estimating team
• Attend field job walks and pre-bid meetings
• Identify qualified suppliers and subcontractors
