Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven leadership across diverse teams in utilities or construction.
• Strong financial, scheduling, and contract management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Construction Managers, contractors, and project teams to deliver work safely and on schedule.
• Oversee prioritization, budgets, risks, change orders, and project closeout.
• Coordinate with departments, contractors, unions, and regulators to resolve issues.
• Develop staffing plans, training, and succession strategies for the T&D group.
• Drive safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service improvements.
