Job summary

Clearway Health seeks a Site Director of Specialty Pharmacy Operations to lead the program within a partner health system, directing clinical, operational, and accreditation objectives. You will drive growth, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage on-site teams across pharmacy leadership and liaison roles.

The role requires Pharmacist licensure, PharmD/BS Pharm, and substantial experience in specialty pharmacy with 340B familiarity, plus travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist licensure in the applicable state and active practice.
• PharmD or BS Pharm with relevant clinical experience.
• MBA or business degree preferred for leadership scope.
• 340B Operations Certificate or willingness to obtain within six months.
