Job summary

Starkey seeks a Manager of Systems Engineering Product Verification to build a high-performing team and shape verification strategy for our hearing technologies. You will coordinate cross-functional activities across R&D to ensure final products meet requirements and quality standards.

You'll lead staffing, budget, and process improvements, mentor engineers, and drive performance while upholding Starkey's values and commitment to customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering or related field required
• Graduate degree in a relevant field preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead department performance, quality and costs.
• Define long-term strategy and annual objectives for the department.
• Develop staffing and verification strategies to meet milestones.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of G-NPI and department deliverables.
• Manage department budget and resources.
